Midwest National Tournament Canceled

The Midwest National Tournament in Rosemount has been canceled due to the conflict with the USSSA Pride Party at Cat’s Village and allow all teams to attend.

The USSSA Pride and Tennessee Diamonds would like to invite your teams to the USSSA Pride Party at Cat’s Village. This event will be hosted in beautiful Cat Osterman Experience in Bellevue, Nebraska on August 5-8, 2010. Read more…

Irish 14U Takes Conference Crown

July 19th, 2010

The MN Irish-Lattery 14U team took the crown in the Conference USSSA event in Shawnee, KS this weekend. The Irish went undefeated to take the crown.

In other age groups, the KC Freeze took the title at 16U.

Pitching Distance Change

August 17th, 2009

USSSA is announcing, effective immediately, that ages 15U through 18U will adopt a 43 feet pitching distance for all USSSA games. We have asked State Directors look at making this change this fall but there will be some situations that might force directors to run 40 feet this fall. It will be mandatory that all USSSA events be 43 feet by January 1st, 2010 for ages 15U thru 18U. Read more…

USSSA Pride Videocast

The USSSA Pride will play their home opener with one of the biggest pitching match ups of the 2009 NPF Season. US Olympians Monica Abbott and Jenny Finch will pitch game 1 of the series at 7:05 EST. 2010 Team Sanction Process/Form

As a reminder to those teams that are signed up for a USSSA National Qualifier event in Minnesota for 2009, you are required to be sanctioned USSSA prior to the national qualifying event, even if you do not end up qualifying for the national event.

There are two different ways to sanction your team:

  1. sanction online at usssa.com for $25, OR
  2. complete this form and attach a check for $15

Note that this sanctioning covers you through the summer season.
